Ingredients:
800 g of clean octopus “Profsea”
4 to 5 garlic cloves
1 laurel leaf
oil
coriander
1 onion in shelled
Small potatoes
coarse salt

Method:
Let the octopus in the pressure cooker for 15 or 20 minutes, you join an onion in shelled and without salt, so that the octopus does not get hard.
However thoroughly wash the jacket potatoes, sprinkle them with coarse salt and light to bake a tray.
When the octopus is cooked, put it in an earthen pan with crushed garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf, coarsely chopped coriander and olive oil to almost cover the octopus.
Bake for 30 minutes.
When the potatoes are already baked give a punch in each and arrange them around the octopus, watering them with hot oil.
